When a pattern returns, it isn't asking for you to try harder, it is asking you to go deeper, beneath the surface and into your body, your lineage, and the stories you inherited before you had words for them. This is where we begin.

How We Work
Patterns rarely live in one place. So we work on your whole self: body, mind, story, lineage, and spirit. Our time together weaves through these phases:
Unearth
Getting clear on desire & preparing the soil
We begin with that you truly want in, love, sex, relationships, work, spirituality, and beyond. Once we discover your strongest desire, we follow it to the roots. Exploring early relationships, inner child pieces, familial patterns, & inherited beliefs, that shaped how you love, desire, and speak. Through somatic awareness, we find where these patterns live in your body, so we are working with what is real.
Clear
Releasing what was never yours to carry
We let go of what is ready to go. We use somatic exercises to move stagnant energy, along with breath work and pleasure practices. When it feels aligned, we weave in earth ritual drawn from my years with Shipibo and mestizo curanderismo traditions, and ancestral guidance rooted in the Shona mediumship traditions I have trained in. Your nervous system learns that it is safe to release.
Root
Bringing the change to everyday life
We turn what you uncover into real choices in your daily life. Through grounded, practical guidance, you build simple practices for your body, your home, and your spirit, so the change holds after our sessions end.
Every journey is different, as is every soul.
We will co-create a path that feels approachable, moving at a pace that feels safe for you.
Sessions may include energy healing, soul retrieval, and ancestral guidance, if and when it feels right. Much of my work is deeply connected to the mystical world, and we will always honor what you feel open to.

About My Lineage & Training
My work resides where the practical everyday meets the mystical.
I am a somatic therapy facilitator, psychedelic integration counselor, and sex, love and relationship coach trained in the VITA method. These give our work together a grounded and body based structure, so what shifts in the sessions may carry into your real life.
For just shy of a decade, I have been immersed in Amazonian and Shona traditions, trained as a medicine woman within the mestizo and Shipibo traditions of Peru, and as a spirit medium with the Shona people of Zimbabwe. My apprenticeship with my teachers in both lands is ongoing. I have been working with plant medicines in both lands, and through my initiation with the Shona traditions, I was prepared to carry an ancestral elder spirit. My connection with my ancestors, guardians, and plants informs the intuitive guidance I offer.
When you come to me with a vision that cracked you open, a pattern that started generations ago, or a body that has been holding its breath for years, I understand the terrain. I have walked it in my own body and spirit.

5 Session Container: $1,275
A grounded beginning. We unearth what is ready, clear the first layers, and build practices to support you as you move through the current block.
10 Session Container: $2500
Deep, sustained support for lasting change in your voice, pleasure, relationships, and self-expression.
1 Session: $270
For returning clients or a focused question about a specific pattern, or experience.
Sessions are held on zoom.
Deeper ritual experiences are available in person when aligned.
