Integrative Intuitive Guidance Counseling

My support is for the beautiful souls who know they are destined for more, who want to a safe space to be held in through their current chapter of metamorphosis.

A psychedelic journey of self-discovery (whether or not you wish to partake in psychedelic medicine).

My approach includes various elements that are important for evolutionary self discovery.

ROOTS:

Together we explore your life story, your past, childhood themes, & shadows, digging up unconscious beliefs and programming so you may recognize how these effect your current life.

SOIL:

Healthy foundations- mind, body and spirit. Practices that will keep your vessel clean, clear, grounded, and connected, to yourself and the earth. Learn spiritual & energetic hygienic practices for your body, home, and, life.

SEEDS:

What are your dreams, aspirations, inspirations?

We plant seeds so your new roots can grow and expand with a freshly empowered, and inspired mindset.
 

TREE (SELF):

Empowerment, and self love. Mindful awareness. Expand your identity and take aligned action.

SPIRIT:

Learn how to connect to your ancestors so they may support you in life. Your ancestors and guardian spirits work for God/Creator and are a part of you. 

​

SOUL INTEGRATION: 

Become your more expressed, grounded, evolved version of you.

Our work together may weave in various elements from my physical sessions, such as energy cleansing, soul retrieval, sound bath and ancestral guidance. Each person is unique, so no journey will be the same.
